When do you feel the most alive?

For me, it is when I hear of a song that brings me back to a place, time, feeling –  it could extreme elation or deep potentially heartbreaking moments.  A time that reminds me of my younger self, care-free spirit, singing outload and dancing,g being very silly and just being in that moment at that time……. The person who is still much alive within me now and wants to be seen.

How do I continue to stay connected to my full-human potential – all of me, and the Knowing, deeper connected part of me.  Music for me has been a path to my whole-self. It is path to my heart and soul.  There I connect to memories and my Knowing part of a greater purpose.  It can bring me back to that moment, that feeling, that smell, that space in time and I remember.  It is like my time-traveler that connects me with the bigger connection of life and purpose.

Sharing a few songs that have kept me close to a moment in time that made me feel alive, a memory, a smell, an experience, a feeling, a place, a moment, in most cases, a moment even some bigger than me.
