Through my living experiences, here is what I have learned to be true and what I continue to hold on to and want to continue to be called to remember – knowing it is a constant practice and hard to hold onto.
- Love is eternal and is present even if a loved one is physically no longer alive, here on earth
- Deep loss, grief, pain exist as a result of love. When we live into our fullest potential as humans, of joy, pain, loss, we allow ourselves to be open to experiences beyond ourselves. We see, feel, hear the bittersweet beauty and beyond. We meet our true potential. With this knowing and potential, we can create, remind and inspire a different world with meaning, deeper connections, and build beauty from it.
- When I leave this earth, I want my children and loved ones to know that I will always be with them – in the moon’s smile, in the gentle rain and soft snow, within the trees breeze and in the ocean air. You will see me and feel me and I will always be with you.
